Sometimes even the smallest bit of debris can cause a bad connection which stops the pen from working at it's full potential. When it flashes through the colors, thats an atomizer issue. Try cleaning the atomizer by soaking the whole thing (all together) in iso for 30 mins (ive used other liquid bong cleaning solutions during covid and worked fine). And make sure your atomizer is screwed in correctly!
