Where is Planet 9 now
How far away is Planet 9? If Planet Nine exists, it's out in the cold, dark fringes of our Solar System. Batygin and Brown's models say that Planet Nine should be, on average, about 20 times further from the Sun than Neptune.
When was the ninth planet discovered
1983Michael Rowan-Robinson, a leading astronomer and professor emeritus of astrophysics at Imperial College London, found that data gathered in 1983 by an early space has revealed a possible new planet.
Has Planet 9 Been Found
While sky surveys such as Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) and Pan-STARRS did not detect Planet Nine, they have not ruled out the existence of a Neptune-diameter object in the outer Solar System.
What is the 9th planet called
PlutoIn 1930, Pluto was discovered and officially named the ninth planet.
Does a 9th planet exist
Unless Planet Nine is observed, its existence is purely conjectural. Several alternative hypotheses have been proposed to explain the observed clustering of trans-Neptunian objects (TNOs).

Is there a 10th planet
Astronomers have found a tenth planet, larger than Pluto and nearly three times farther from the Sun as Pluto is today. Temporarily designated 2003 UB313, the new planet is the most distant object yet seen in the solar system, 97 times farther from the Sun than the Earth is.Jul 30, 2005
Where is the 10th planet now
The planet, which hasn't been officially named yet, was found by Brown and colleagues using the Samuel Oschin Telescope at Palomar Observatory near San Diego. It is currently about 97 times farther from the sun than Earth, or 97 Astronomical Units (AU).Jul 29, 2005
What is the 11th planet called
HaumeaToday, if counting the "dwarf planets" as planets, the eleventh planet from the Sun would be Haumea. However, in 2006 the term "planet" was redefined to exclude the new category of dwarf planets (just as some planets had earlier been recategorised as asteroids).

Has Planet 9 been seen through a telescope
Evidence for a massive planet in the outer solar system has been found, which may be the elusive Planet Nine that astronomers have long sought.
Who Discovered Planet 9
Rowan-Robinson recently went digging into 38-year-old data and claims he has found the hypothetical Planet Nine.
